A Ramsay Cancer Care Centre is a Ramsay Hospital that has access to the suite of services required to deliver comprehensive cancer care.
In order to be recognised as a Ramsay Cancer Care Centre, a Ramsay Hospital needs to successfully demonstrate its capabilities in integrated service design, care, and patient support.
That means, when you receive care at a Ramsay Cancer Care Centre, you can be confident that you will have access to the full range of available treatment options and supportive care services.
Ramsay Cancer Care provide a full complement of cancer services, from scans and tests for diagnosis, through to treatment options and supportive care.
Our Cancer Care Centres deliver surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and radiotherapy. You may need one or a combination of these treatments during your time with us.
As part of Ramsay Cancer Care, you can access Ramsay Health Plus and its network of allied health professionals, including dietitians, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, speech therapists and occupational therapists. They will work with you to tailor a rehabilitation and support program optimise your cancer recovery.
You can also work with Ramsay Psychology which provides high-quality, personalised psychological and emotional support. Our team of expert psychologists will employ evidence-based treatment strategies to help you work through and manage the mental strain of cancer.
During and after your treatment with Ramsay Cancer Care, you can expect to receive coordinated and personalised care for your physical health and your emotional wellbeing.
Your care will be overseen by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals who will work with you and your loved ones to tailor your personalised care plan.
Our specialist nurse Cancer Care Navigators will work alongside your multidisciplinary team to coordinate all aspects of your care, so that you and your loved ones can focus on what matters most.
